We know it isn’t always easy to eat healthy but it doesn’t have to be that difficult. Learn simple tips from experts at Kapolei’s new Down to Earth store, including how to prepare a variety of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, dressings, and vegetarian main dishes to ensure a week’s worth of healthy eating. Bella Torre Academy Lomi Clinic Now Open

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Tucked away in Aiea is a little secret to getting relaxation at student prices.The Bella Torre Academy started in Chinatown in 2009 as a makeup school. Now it has opened a new 5,000-plus square-foot space in Aiea Town Center with a whole menu of new services.
The recent esthetics and massage programs mean you can get both done by students, overseen by licensed professionals. A facial, using Dermalogica products, costs $40 and it is the same for a 50-minute massage. You can stop in for a 20 minute, $20 chair massage as a refresher. Nail services are coming next.
Bella Torre's new digs also boasts a new suite perfect for small parties. There is room for two to receive massages side-by-side while other friends lounge in the seating area or take advantage of the brand new sauna. You can even arrange to have Aiea Bowl's signature food to be delivered there for some snacking with your relaxation.
The new space also holds the Bella Boutique carrying 12 lines of products including MOR body products, therapy kids balms and lotions, Voluspa, the full Dermalogica line, Bella Torre's exclusive MUD makeup line, and even cute Envirosax and Blueq pouches.
The boutique is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. The academy is open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. But it is taking appointments for weekends as well.
